Going live after your observation week

Upgrading from a free week is one button, and only the account owner can press it. Here is what changes.

Upgrading from a free observation week turns on the sending Elira already drafted — nothing else changes.

Where

/dashboard/upgrade — the same screen you land on from any locked page during the week, with your day count on it. It's also reachable directly.

Who

The account owner, not a seat holder. This is the same rule as any other billing action on the dashboard.

What upgrading does

It signs the full onboarding packet — the same three-part agreement every paid school signs, see Get started with AskElira Schools — and turns on the messages Elira held back all week. Same drafts, same timing, same templates, now actually going out to families.

Your first invoice goes out at the same moment, payable in 30 days by bank transfer or check. No card is asked for at any point — see Plans, billing, and cancellation.

What ends when the week ends, if you don't upgrade

Your roster and drafts board close when the week ends. Unconverted applicant data is deleted automatically — see What happens to your data after your observation week.
