SaaS Agreement
The master contract governing a school’s paid use of the AskElira platform and enrollment-automation services.
Data Processing Agreement
The FERPA-compliant processor agreement: the school is the data Controller, AskElira is the Processor acting only on the school’s instructions.
NY §2-d Addendum
The New York student-data-privacy addendum (Ed Law §2-d and 8 NYCRR Part 121) that supplements and, on any conflict, controls over the main Agreement.
Observation Week Agreement

Starting with a free observation week

Going live after your observation week
Upgrading from a free week means signing the full onboarding packet, and only the account owner can start it. Your invoice is issued once it is signed.
What happens to your data after your observation week
If you do not upgrade, your applicant data is deleted automatically within 14 days of the week ending, and your SchoolMint credentials are destroyed when the week ends.
