See Elira work on your own applicants for 7 days.
You connect your SchoolMint. For 7 days Elira reads your real applicant list and writes every message she would send to each family — and contacts nobody. No card, no invoice, and it does not renew.
One short agreement. No payment method. Your week starts the moment you sign.
Not one email, text, or call reaches a family. Your account is held outside every part of the system that contacts anyone — it is not a switch somebody has to remember to leave off. Nothing is queued to go out later, and nothing is written back into your SchoolMint. The week is read-only, in both directions.
Three steps, and two of them are yours
- 1Sign one short agreement
The Observation Week Agreement — about seven pages, one signature — instead of the three-part onboarding packet every paid school signs. No card is asked for, at any point.
Read it before you sign → - 2Connect your SchoolMint
Your week starts on the signature, so do this the same day. You create a new SchoolMint user just for AskElira — never a staff member's own login — and hand it over on an encrypted page. Disabling that user in SchoolMint stops our access immediately.
- 3Watch the week
Elira reads your live applicant roster and staff notes and writes every message she would send at each stage. You read them on the drafts board, with the "would send" time on each one.
Three pages, and that is the whole dashboard this week
Your dashboard opens on a short version of itself. Everything on it is real; there is simply less of it, because most of the product is about sending, and this week nothing sends.
Attendance, settings, enrollment, consent and the rest each show a short screen naming what they do and offering the one way forward. That is the product working as designed, not a fault.
A report, then your data goes away on its own
On day 7 you get a report by email: how many families Elira read, how many she would have contacted, at which stage, and what it would have cost your office in hours.
If you go ahead, one button turns on the messages she held back all week — same drafts, same timing, and your first invoice, payable in 30 days by bank transfer or check. If you do not, you do nothing. The week simply ends.
Either way the paperwork already says what happens to what we read: applicant data from a week that did not convert is deleted within 14 days of the week ending, and your SchoolMint login is destroyed when the week ends. Both happen automatically, without your asking, and you get written confirmation.
