Arrival confirmation calls

Confirm the approved first day during school call hours.

For fictional Registered students in the enabled practice workspace, an approved arrival workflow can call after both the start-date text and email have been accepted. Enable Calls for Registration complete and approve the workflow in Enrollment settings.

What the call says

The opening confirms the child’s first day, school and saved date, then asks whether now is a good time. Elira uses the stored arrival note for time and location questions. Missing information goes to the school office and creates a staff task.

Held calls

Calls wait for school days and permitted call windows. Consent, STOP, suppression, current workflow approval, call caps and the active-call check still apply. Turning the arrival Calls switch off holds calls while separately permitted texts and emails can continue. Waitlist receives no automatic calls.

A queued call is not an answered call. Check the student’s provider outcome. See Bulk start dates.
