Set start dates for many Registered students

Review one start date and each student’s text, email and confirmation call.

In the enabled new enrollment workspace, open Registration & arrival, then Registration Complete. Bulk start dates currently appears only in the isolated practice school, for fictional students; real schools retain their existing engine.

Select and review

Staff can select up to 100 Registered students, choose a verified guardian for each, and enter one start date. Arrival time or location instructions are optional. Choose Text + email + confirmation call, then review the exact messages and counts in one confirmation. The email waits at least five minutes after text acceptance. Per-student results explain holds.

Correct a date

Repeating the same date preserves existing receipts. Changing a date sends one updated-start-date text and email and schedules one new confirmation call for that date. Changing only the note does not resend the date notice or create another call. Saving a start date never confirms attendance.

Review each student’s held reason before retrying. An uncertain provider attempt must be reconciled. See Arrival confirmation calls.
