Enrollment sync

Fully automated sync: give AskElira staff access

Create an AskElira staff account in SchoolMint with full (admin) access and we sync your roster every morning — no software to install, nothing to click.

SchoolMint connects through AskElira's own staff account with full (admin) access. Our sync engine logs in each morning, reads your *Offered* and *Registration in Progress* lists, and keeps enrollment sequences current — you never install anything or click anything. Definitive family responses (accepted, declined, notes like "bringing paperwork Friday 3pm") are written back into SchoolMint automatically. If your school runs on a spreadsheet instead of SchoolMint, the same updates land in your Google Sheet or Excel tracker.

Create the account (about 5 minutes, one time)

  1. In SchoolMint, open your admin / user management area and add a new staff user.
  2. Name it something recognizable, e.g. AskElira Sync with email sync+yourschool@askelira.com (we'll confirm the exact address during onboarding).
  3. Give it full (admin) access. That lets us read your application index, update applicant status, and add notes — with no mid-season permission back-and-forth when SchoolMint moves a screen behind a different role.
  4. Send us the login through the secure link we provide during onboarding — never by plain email.

What happens next

Have an access policy that doesn't allow this?

Tell us during onboarding — we'll work with your team on an access level and connection method that fits. You can also import from Google Sheets, Excel, or CSV at any time.
