Setup walkthrough: Google Sheets tracker
Share your enrollment tracker sheet and paste its ID so Elira keeps it filled in automatically.
If your team lives in a Google Sheets enrollment tracker, Elira can keep it up to date automatically — statuses, replies, and notes flow in without anyone retyping.
Step 1 — Share the sheet
- Open your enrollment tracker in Google Sheets.
- Click Share (top right).
- Paste the service-account email shown on your dashboard checklist (ends in
.iam.gserviceaccount.com). - Give it Editor access and click Send (no need to notify).

Step 2 — Copy the Sheet ID
The ID is the long code in the sheet's URL between /d/ and /edit:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ 1AbC…xYz /edit#gid=0
↑ this partStep 3 — Paste it in Connections
In Dashboard → Settings, under Connections, paste the ID into Google Sheet ID and save.

Step 4 — Verify
Back on your dashboard checklist, click Verify access next to the Google Sheets step. We actually open the sheet right then — green means the share worked; if not, the message tells you exactly what to fix.
Wrong sheet later? Change the ID in Connections and verify again — nothing else to redo.
