Your Front Office Scorecard

How a scorecard from our outreach checks your public website.

A Front Office Scorecard is a snapshot of what we found on your public school website, not a test of what your staff knows or says by phone. We send one only after someone on our team reviews it.

What the numbers mean

The first number counts clear answers among 20 common charter front-office questions. The second counts answers across 177 school-wide questions. Answers we found on the site link to their source; a reviewer-confirmed answer is marked as such. Questions listed under “We could not find a clear answer” are invitations to check the site, not claims that your school has no answer.

If something is wrong

Open the page named beside the answer or search your site for a question we missed. Website content can change after the date on your scorecard. Tell our team when a question is already answered; we can verify it before referring to the scorecard again. If you already use AskElira, your dashboard is where your own school setup and family answers live; the outreach scorecard does not change those answers. See your dashboard overview for setup guidance.

Keep your original scorecard link when reporting a correction so we can check the same snapshot.
