Dashboard

Your daily operations digest

One email every morning with yesterday’s activity, what needs a person today, and the family questions still waiting.

Every morning your office gets one email: the operations digest. It is the dashboard in an inbox, so nobody has to remember to log in.

It goes to the Director of Operations address on Enrollment settings — or your account email if that field is blank.

What's in it

The subject line carries your school name, the date, and the three counts worth waking up to: seats at risk, IEP follow-ups, and opt-outs.

Inside, top to bottom:

  1. Yesterday — the same six numbers as the Today card on your dashboard: texts, emails, calls, families reached, questions handed to you, and questions you answered. It covers the day that just finished, because the digest sends before anything has gone out today.
  2. Needs you — the short queue of seats where the automation has done all it can and a person has to step in. Each row says what happened and the one thing to do. Usually short; often empty.
  3. Unanswered family questions — how many are still waiting, then the 20 most recent listed with a one-tap Answer link each. If more are open, the email says how many it didn't list and links you to the dashboard, where all of them are. See Families can text the school a question.
  4. Declined AskElira Services — families who opted out. Elira will never contact them; your office can still reach them in person.
  5. The enrollment lists — IEP follow-ups, non-responsive families at day 5+, seats releasing within 24 hours, new students overnight, accepted, declined.
