Elira’s Brain
Open Elira’s Brain. School answers reads the existing school knowledge. Test an answer uses saved school facts and sends nothing. Owners can expand the existing school-facts editor, check an edit, then publish it. Editing after a check locks publishing until the new text is checked.
Enrollment playbook shows current enrollment rules. Where auto-offer is available, only the school owner can change it, with a reason recorded in its existing history. Safety shows current sending hours and consent rules. Owners can shorten the current window here. A first customization follows the existing observation and approval requirements. A weekly message limit is not available in these controls. STOP and BAJA still stop outreach; changing hours never overrides consent or opt-outs.
Reports
Open Reports. This season includes the retained recorded history for the selected enrollment year, starting with its earliest recorded date. Choose From and Through dates, then Apply dates. This season restores the default range.
Enrollment stages and paperwork are current snapshots for the selected year. Offers counts first dated offers made in the range, with outcomes known today. Median time to accept uses offers with both dated offer and acceptance records. Undated offers are disclosed and excluded from dated totals. Paperwork shows both the fraction and percentage for verified approved checklists; records needing verification are excluded.
Communication distinguishes provider submission from confirmed text sending or answered calls. Email delivery is not recorded here. Family questions count recorded Elira answers and unique office question tasks in the range, including tasks later resolved. One question may need both actions. Opening these pages sends no family messages.
