Families get a secure link to upload documents. They can send what they have and return with the rest. Reminders explain what still needs attention.

What you do

Review uploaded documents. Approve them or explain what needs correcting. Help families whose paperwork remains unfinished.

What Elira never does

Elira never approves documents or asks families to send private documents in an ordinary text.

The rule

Use a secure family upload link and the school-approved checklist. There are 4 reminder rounds, 4 days apart, then staff review. Partial uploads count as received, not approved; reminders ask only for items still needing action.

Channels and timing

Eligible reminders use text and email. The paperwork call follows the approved call workflow and school call windows.

What can hold it

A secure link, applicable checklist, current school review less than 26 hours old, verified contact, consent and workflow approval are required. Documents awaiting review are not treated as missing.

What creates staff work

Staff review uploads, request corrections and handle unfinished paperwork after the 4 reminder rounds.
