Walkthrough: Start date

Families get their expected start date and the school’s arrival instructions by the channels the school has approved.

What families get

Families get their expected start date and the school’s arrival instructions by the channels the school has approved.

What you do

Set start dates for the selected students. Check each family’s result. Confirm the student has started after the school confirms attendance.

What Elira never does

Elira never treats a planned date as proof that a child attended.

The rule

Save the school-local expected start date and approve arrival instructions. Founder bulk arrival plans support 1–100 registration-complete students in this version. Each selected family has its own contact checks and result.

Channels and timing

Approved arrival follow-ups can use text, email and calls. Bulk arrival approval offers text, email, both or no message; calls follow the separate approved workflow.

What can hold it

School-confirmed registration, current student version, selected verified guardian, consent, approved instructions and contact windows are required. Uncertain sending outcomes need reconciliation before retry.

What creates staff work

Staff set dates, review per-family holds, resolve uncertain attempts and confirm actual attendance after the student attends.
